Grilled Brie w/ Baguette & Grilled Spicy Shrimp

Two tasty recipes for any day, but great for dad’s day this weekend!
Grilled Brie w/ Baguette
Ingredients:
1 wheel of brie
2 french baguettes
4 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium heat.
2. Slice baguettes into approx. half inch pieces.
3. Brush olive oil on both sides of bread.
4. Salt and pepper both sides of the bread.
5. Cut clove of garlic in half.
6. Place the pieces of bread on the grill – each side for 2-3 minutes.
7. As the bread comes off, rub the exposed clove of garlic on the bread.
8. Put the brie on the grill – 3-4 minutes on each side.
9. Serve.
Grilled Spicy Shrimp
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of lime juice
1/3 cup of honey
3 dashes of hot sauce
2 tbsp of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp vegetable oil
12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Directions:
1. Stir together lime juice, honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, jerk seasoning, and vegetable oil for marinade
2. Add the shrimp and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerator for one hour.
3. Place wooden skewers to soak in warm water.
4. Preheat grill medium high.
5. pray skewers with a non-stick cooking spray and skewer the shrimp.
6. Grill on both sides about 5 minutes.
